Please put the reason in the subject line. It gets your message to the right place faster.
How fast we reply
- Accessibility reports — acknowledged within 2 working days, with a plan or a fix inside 10.
- Corrections with a source — usually applied within a week.
- Privacy requests — answered within 30 days, usually much sooner.
- Everything else — we aim for 5 working days.
